I need an internet detox to relax my brain

I don't know what are my thoughts when they come my way

I'm not even having a good time

I'm just scrolling through the pain

I need an internet detox, I'm not feeling okay

I wonder how long I can go without my phone right by my side

I need it there and I know it's bad to realize but it's a common problem happens so many times

And I get anxious looking at what's going on in the world

Seems like everything is horrible, I think I wanna curl up in a ball and escape from it all

Turn off my phone and get away from it all

I'm way too hooked to it now

So is everyone around

This is the place to be

But sometimes I think

I'm scrolling through my feed and I feel like I'm feeling too many things at one time

Cause one video got me laughing so hard

And the next one feels like I got a knife through my heart

I don't know if this is good for me

To be seeing everything that I see

I'm way too hooked to it now
